Weird UI

Clicking elevator says action! What other action would I do? Also often it just opens to a white screen.

The worst app ever

This app is the worst. I’m a tech advanced person, but using a key is so much better than this app. I need to open the app and do a couple of taps before the door opening can be initiated. So inconvenient. I also need to open the app to activate an elevator which leads to someone hijacking it and me going to a random floor. I wish they had an Apple watch version, but they don’t which also sucks. I wish it worked well, but I will have to switch to a fob for now until they will make it less of a hustle and more user friendly.

App doesn’t work

We are sending access to our emails using the management platform of Gallagher so that we can get the link on our phone and activate the app but none of us are getting the emails.

We tried company email, Gmail and Yahoo (yes we checked the spam folder).
