PWRview provides owners of a Generac energy system to see real-time site performance, directly from their mobile device.

App Features:

Use Generac PWRview with your PWRcell system, your Generac generator with PWRview ATS, or with your PWRview Home Energy Monitor installation. PWRview gives you real-time insight into energy production, energy cost and consumption.

You can now see when an Outage Guard event is in progress! When Outage Guard is preparing your home for a storm, a badge will appear to let you know on the home page.

We’ve also expanded Device Configurations to include minimum battery reserve, you’ll find this now with System Modes.

Works

Unstable product - horrible service

Between the dealer and Generac nobody is accountable for addressing problems. Inconsistent direction, poor execution and lack of knowledge are the three key attributes of working for their support center. I truly regret doing business with Generac.

I’m not that dumb

I downloaded the app and of course the first thing it does is ask for your credentials. Since I don’t have an account setup, I expected it would ask to set up an account. It doesn’t. I can’t find anywhere to set up an account. ABSOLUTELY USELESS
