Description
Geotab Drive is a smart in-vehicle app for a driver's phone or mounted tablet that works in conjunction with MyGeotab software and GO devices installed vehicle products.
Geotab Drive provides several valuable services to drivers in your fleet:

- Roadside Check
- Messages

Company mandated user.
App is over complicated and non intuitive to use coming over from our previous ELD (KeepTruckin).
Setup app and used for 1 week, logged out on Friday, tried logging in on Monday and password is not being accepted, went thru password reset prompts multiple times and received error messages every time…
Asked multiple people above me why we are being forced to use an app with a 2 star rating? I wouldn’t download a free game on my personal phone with such a low rating so why would a large company decide to run its fleet on something this bad?
In short, this app is clunky, bulky, not user friendly, support is required for basic functions that should be smooth and automated.
Technology is supposed to make our lives easier NOT as job security for IT.
Problematic
This app won’t allow you to log off driving while you are in the passenger seat. This is causing me all kinds of trouble as this is being used to police driving habits.
Problème récurrent
Mise à jour, le problème est encore pire qu’avant et ne font rien pour le corriger. Une demande a été envoyée aux autorités compétentes avec toutes les informations concernant le problème rencontré. Une demande de suspension a été aussi demandé auprès de la SAAQ, Commission des transports du Québec car les chauffeurs utilisant Geotab risque des amendes salés causé par le problème.Toujours problèmes de journée non vérifié récurrent. J’ai envoyé des imprimes écrans du problème sans aucune correction apporté à ce jour. Isaac est de loin supérieur.
