Be careful, you can get scammed
I arrived in Ben Gurion airport Tuesday 03/09/24 I saw one of the `Gett taxi’ billboards, was planning on taking the train to Jerusalem but it was 1am and it wasn’t running anymore, so I ordered a taxi with the Gett app, it gave me a number and I followed the directions of the people that guide you to your cab, this is where the scam starts when I got into the cab the driver started driving and told me the price would be 450 shekel , which 200 shekel over the designated fare price, when I tried to contact customer support but it doesn’t work in the app and I would say it’s intentional, so be warned and if you want to use the Gett make sure you ask clarify with the driver before getting in the taxi.
