Not saving gifs - fixed the problem
I submitted a previous feedback because the app wasn't saving the screen recordings. After doing some research online, I found how to fix that. Go to your settings, Security & Provacy > Screen Recording, and allow for giphy to record the screen. Now it works perfectly. Still not giving 5 starts as this seems as a easy fix on Mac, but the support team wasn't help to provide that
Really good but glichy on my M1
Really good and intuitive to use. But when cropping the recordings on mmy M1 mac mini, the sliders just go crazy and it makes impossible to crop my recordings, so its not very useful to me anymore.
Not saving gifs
I emailed support a month back and asked them about this issue and wanted to see if anyone else was having an issue with recording gifs but them not showing up in the cache. New 2019 MacBook Pro OS Catelina.
