Claims
This is much better than the previous app in terms of look and amount of information however I have had to submit claims multiple times because they disappear from the listing. This needs to be fixed. It’s hard to trust the information I’m seeing for this reason! It’s also delaying payments because I don’t realize something is missing.
Worst customer service I’ve ever received
I’ve emailed 6 times to get my daughter and girlfriend on benefits, got form to fill information, emailed it back, still not on benefits, emailed 2 more times with no reply, 3rd time got another form, filled it out again, emailed it back, was told they are now on my benefits, went to dentist and was denied because global said they are not on my plan. Emailed 3 times now again, still no answer.
Terrible coverage
My wife try’s to use the vision benefit to pay for her glasses and Someone rejects it absolutely garbage benefit company don’t use.
