Full episodes are available live and on demand for the first 7 days after they air on TV. Sign in using your TV service provider credentials for access to the Global TV live stream and full library of Global Go content.

The Global Go app requests your Location Services (GPS and network-based) to:
• Enable the search, retrieval and streaming of live or available Video-On-Demand content in accordance with Corus' License Agreements

This app permits third party data collection for Interest- Based Ads.

In this version of Global Go we have attempted to resolve a bug where some users cannot playback any content.
If you receive an error message: "Video playback error! There's an issue playing the video" please follow the following 5 steps to resolve the issue:
1. Sign out of your cable subscriber account, if you are signed in within the Global Go app.
2. Then clear your Safari cache on your iOS device: Settings -> Safari -> Clear History and Website Data -> Confirm
3. Delete the Global Go app from your device.
4. Re-install / Download the Global Go app from the App Store.
5. Try video playback once again on any video.

Extremely loud commercials
Love having the ability to watch some of my favourite global shows when I want, but the commercials are ear-drum-breaking! Why is such volume necessary?! All this encourages is that I mute my device volume (and therefore don't hear the ad your sponsors are paying you for). Ad volume should be equivalent to show volume; the disparity is ridiculous!

Hi there, thank you for the feedback. This is something we are actively trying to fix. This is a widespread problem across most video mobile apps. Completely agree, this is not a good experience, and we are taking measures internally to fix this as soon as we can.
Finding where you left off in a show
Love the app. But doesn't always start a show right where you left off. And having to go thru a ton of commercials just to find your place, is really annoying. It should allow 10 seconds before a commercial starts up again when forwarding thru and trying to find where you left off.

Hi there, thanks for the feedback. If you have watched a portion of any episode on the Global Go app, and come back to launch that episode you will be given a prompt with "Do you wish to keep watching where you left off?" and if you click "YES". It should launch the episode exactly where you left off. If you have tapped "YES" on the prompt and are not having your progress saved please send us a feedback email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help troubleshoot further with you.
