Ratings and Reviews
Gold’s Woodinville WA
The app is great, does what I use it for, checking in at the gym. You can use the little key fob they give you, but your phone is more of a constant then the little plastic dohickey. The Gold’s I go to, in Woodinville WA has been awesome during the pandemic, voluntarily suspending charges when they were ordered to close. The Calgary-specific review really has nothing to do with the app itself.
Useless
Tried creating an account directly on the app, it won’t take any of my info. Created an account on the Gold’s website, it only lets me access any of my info on the app. I’ve tried to sign in at least 5x now and all it tells me is “please verify your account and try again.” I’ve already verified it. Love going to Gold’s Gym but this app is ridiculous.
Scam
Gold’s Gym (at least in Calgary, Alberta) is a complete scam. The owner is a greedy guy who only cares about profit at the cost of customer service and business decency. Charged in full during the pandemic even when the gyms were ordered to close. Complete scam. What a shame. This app is useless.
