ITS SCAM. Please don’t get tricked. If an “apple” number calls.. They never make you download or show anything personal. I was asked to show my home screen.. DONT do it. Don’t care how real it sounds. Call the real APPLE number right away and let them know.

Only chat works
Can only chat with the end user on an iPad, can’t see their screen, let alone control it remotely.

Hi marcslevesque, with our latest version of RescueAssist we provide remote view capabilities for iPad. The user simply needs to allow screen sharing on their side and it should work.
Remote Control for iOS devices is unfortunately not available yet in any remote support application because Apple does not allow for third party applications to remote control their devices this way.
