Fast and efficient
Bad service !
Phone customer service, the person hang up because he’s not able to understand my English !!!! Photo again explaining I took insurance and had a flexible ticket ( insurance was 150$ can. ) ask to change my ticket it was 350$ can more !?!?! Why take an insurance then ? Not the best for sure

Hello.
Please note that the terms of the flexible ticket are available before purchase. We cover the airline cost and our fees. Any price difference will still need to be covered by the passenger. The insurance is a different product, unrelated with changes. Please use our official communication channels to reach us, as we can only accept reviews for our application here.

Whoever is reading this, please save your hard-earned money and avoid these scammers at all costs!
Gotogate is the worst travel company I’ve ever encountered. They will take your money, then make it nearly impossible to get any help, changes, or refunds. Customer service is rude, unresponsive, and clearly trained to stonewall you rather than actually help.
Do yourself a favor – go with a reliable company instead and stay far away from Gotogate!-
