Some improvement could make it better

It’s a great app and all, but the meals require some ingredients and equipment I don’t have at the time a lot. Maybe create a list of ingredients needed throughout the week instead of showing what you are gonna eat 2 days at a time or provide a few more alternatives for those who don’t have all the ingredients and equipment.

I hate that we’re asked to give a review after one day, and I’m not a fan of the fact that you have no control over how many times you do a certain exercise.
