How it works
• Sign up in minutes. Schedule workers for day, evening, or night shifts. Unlike traditional labour solutions, we operate 24 hours a day, every day. You can hire labourers at any time, any day
Tell workers about the task
• When you post the job, you get to give instructions on PPE (personal protection equipment), type of work, or where to meet you.
Watch your job being filled
• We will let you know the second your job is filled. Better yet, you can even check out the profiles of those that are going to show up.
Easy check-in and check-out of workers
• See the detailed profiles of workers as you start and end their shifts. All workers are employed by Grizzly Force. Our rating system means you will get the best available workers for your project.

This is a major new app release for the Grizzly Force Hire app. The new features included are:
• A new design for the app, focused on new features for usability
• Recurring Jobs - Post your jobs over a span of days, weeks, or months
• Job Templates - Post jobs easily by saving your job posts as templates, your team can view and post jobs from your templates as well
• Employer Announcements - Schedule announcements to be sent to users before their job starts, please go ahead and tell them how to get to difficult job sites, or requirements that you may have
• Granular Rating System - We’ll ask you to rate your workers on many factors, which we’ll change over time
• Clear Worker Summary - How many workers have accepted, checked-in, and checked-out on your jobs, displayed more clearly on your job list screen
• Granular Job Details - We’ll ask you to specify required gear, suggested skills, and a description of the work to be done
• Employer Profile - View and edit your profile on Grizzly Force
• We’ll be updating the employer app with new features and tweaks
