Some drivers will not accommodate the sick or people with disabilities

update: customer service was very helpful and put a note on my account that tells the driver to bring my groceries to my apartment door. If you are disabled or sick, I recommend contacting customer service ahead of time.

App is fine, but delivery is unpredictable and you never know if you’ll get what your ordered.
I live in a small quite apartment building and normally the driver will leave my groceries outside my apartment door, but today the driver refused, even after I explained I have disability and am sick. He refused.
What do tenants in apartment do if they have covid and can’t leave their apartment to get groceries from the lobby?
I had a very very difficult time getting the groceries from the lobby to my apartment due to illness and disability. After today’s very unpleasant experience, I’ll likely take my business elsewhere.
And the driver actually end up having more contact with you, when he doesn’t leave your groceries outside your apartment door.

Very disappointed in today’s service and this is probably the last time I’ll use this service. Not sure what I’ll do now.

Beyond horrible - sub par even 10 years ago

I have used online grocery ordering services in North America and Europe over the past decade. Many exceeded expectations and while Canadian offerings were slim some have developed in a positive way in the past year or so. NOT THIS ONE. Horrible if not unusable interface that cannot even find the most simple of everyday grocery items. Plagued by bugs and horrible service. Can’t even begin to imagine how hard you have to work to get it this wrong. Stay away. Anything is better than this and believe me I tried. Start again from scratch GG and better luck next time. I’m off to Loblaws for another positive click and collect experience.
