I love the workouts!

I enjoy the structure of these workouts and the exercises! I have been in the industry since 2016 and have yet to find an app I enjoy to be honest .. until GROUNDS 🙌🏻🙌🏻this is exactly what I have been looking for

Needs improvement

Good app but needs improvement.
I’d like to build my own custom workouts, eg. How many sets/superset of whatever workouts I choose plus number of reps, etc.
also, for the macro tracking, I’d like to be able to see the total macros of each meal, not just for the whole day.

Great fitness app for women

The workouts are so easy to follow because of the way they have the trainer showing you how to do it and doing it with you at the same you are doing it. Period tracker and community forum are also nice additions.
