Amazing

Love being able to keep my divas stats close especially when she was an infant. It’s easy to loose the paper the nurse hands you during a well visit but much harder to loose my phone!
Only thing I don’t like is I can’t sync the info from my iPad to my phone. So now I’m having to input the last 5 years of use from my iPad to my new phone.

Issues with subscription and support

Where in the app can i find how much to pay for the subscription? I was charged for a subscription but i want to know if this is a one time thing or a monthly or annual thing.

There’s also no way of getting in touch with customer support.

Hi! There is no subscription in this app. Only an optional lifetime purchase if you wish to unlock all features. Are you confusing it with another app? You can check your App Store purchases on your iPhone or online (if you are unsure how, instructions are at https://support.apple.com/HT204088). Lost information

I noticed the app has a new logo. So I wanted to see what changed and I found all of my child’s history is gone.
I’ve had this app for a long time. An could always find it saved away.
Now it’s all lost.

I am so sorry about the lost data. Unfortunately the old version only supported local storage (health data is more private and subject to restrictions preventing the use of iCloud sync for example). And local data is lost when moving to a new iPhone without transferring from the old one or a backup – maybe this is what happened if you were using the app for a long time? If you think you have some copy or a backup please get in touch and I will try to help. This new version adds the ability to store your data as a file on iCloud Drive or other and make it clearer when data is only stored locally, which I hope will spare the awful experience you've had with data loss.
