The app itself is very intuitive, and I think the UI is quite nice! It’s also a completely instantaneous process to buy tickets, which is a huge improvement on the GRT fare cards, which were a huge hassle to load.The tickets themselves are not very easy to read though - I think the QR code doesn’t actually work, because all the bus drivers ask to just see my phone instead, and have to lean in to read the tiny writing to see how much time is left. If I could change anything about the app, I would make the ticket screen have much more large, readable, and clear writing.

I think they solve all old issues now app is working perfect and very useful too

Down loaded the app won’t let me add any fair to it keeps saying that my debit card is not accepted. I can’t pay when I look at my bank account. It shows I paid and then the reversed payment back six times I tried this.

The app made for iPhone but does not even support Apple Pay.
