Good basic app
Very easy to document workout each day but must enter it on the day you workout or else there is no way to go back and add in a workout you forgot to enter. This would be an easy fix!

Hey, you can add past workouts. Basically, log your exercises as if they were today, then swipe right on the set and you’ll see you can edit the date. We’re working on making that easier.. thanks.
