LOVE

I lost 15 pounds in 3 weeks just by following the workouts and recipes on this app. I haven’t seen a huge change like this in years. Gymondo does work if you give it your all! 👍🏻

Don’t expect a refund on your subscription

After having the app for a month I decided this app wasn’t for me. I signed up for a year subscription when I first downloaded it because I normally sign up for a year since the deals are better. So of course I tried to cancel my subscription so I could get a refund back.
I contacted app support and I was told that getting a refund wasn’t the there problem and I had to contact Apple. So I did what they said and cancelled my subscription, after a month later I never received a refund, so I decided to contact Apple and they said I can’t receive a refund.
I mentioned the issue to the app support and they said there’s nothing they can do either. I followed all the correct steps for cancelling my subscription because this app wasn’t for me and now I’m out $122.03.
Don’t bother signing up for the subscription service because no matter what this app and Apple will screw you over and you won’t be able to get your money back.

Language issue?

After I downloaded the app, it kept switching into German, even after I switched it back to English it would continue to change to German when I logged in.
