Tracking my sleep it keeps saying I am going to bed at 2am. I am not.
Watch is supposed to have a water reminder but I can’t find it

I use this app for the Sanag Smartwatches. I have the A10 and the E30 models.

While the app plays well with the watches, I wish it had more features that other very Cheap smartwatches with same or lesser tech have. I am not sure if the developer of this app can add more stuff to the above mentioned Sanag Watches or it's up to the Watch manufacturer but here they are anyway...

1) An (Integrated) Weather App would be great.
Both the A10 and E30 lack Weather apps. A well functioning weather app that doesn't have problems updating regularly a few times a day. Would be fantastic.

2)A simple Flashlight app (that lights the watch screen in bright white) would also be great

3) Watch Faces. The A10 lacks any customized watch faces. While the E30. Has quite a few good watch faces you can download. It can probably use more. I don't see the reason why the A10 has no watch faces what so ever. Other Than the stock 4 it comes with. Please allow many more watch faces to be downloadable for both watches.

4) Very important. Have a proper "Find my Phone" feature on these watches: Where the phone can still chime and ring while this App is closed. Right now, if this app is not running in the iPhone's background. (Like when you swipe it away) the Find my Phone feature will NOT work. Please find a way to resolve this. It's okay if the Find My Phone doesn't work if the ringer is off. Just that it should work without the app running.

5) It's great that these phones have a Dial pad to make calls. But once you use the Dial pad to make a call, you cannot bring it back to use it again while you're in a call. Meaning if you call businesses' and places where you will need a touch tone phone to navigate thier menu. (Eg: "For English Press 1") you cannot press any keys, since the dial pad is no longer available. I tried everything to get it back; but The watch will not allow it, while there is an active phone call going on. This seems like a little oversight. And basically a glitch. Should be fixed

6) last but not least. Have a cool shortcut page. When swiping the watch screen up or down, you get quick access to the aforementioned, Weather, flashlight app, also "Do not disturb/ vibrate off", Screen Brightness controls and Find my Phone button, Check Notifications and a System Settings.

Anyway. Maybe the app developer can collaborate with these Smartwatch companies to address these issues and add more useful features. Thank you.

I never set a 4 digit passcode before and now I cannot connect because it always asks for a 4 digit passcode that I don’t even have. Please help me fix this!
