Can’t specify by lot number
Your app doesn’t allow the user to enter a lot number.
Dishonest
Just FYI they will charge you a $50 preauthorization for their pay now parking. I would make sure you are ok with that. They will give you some explanation that if you go to their website the terms and conditions are outlined there. I’m personally not a fan of a parking app using a preauthorization. They aren’t a hotel or rental car company.

Hi there, you'll be happy to hear that due to customer feedback, the preauthorization feature was removed from hangTag in May 2018. All transactions are now processed immediately for the exact amount purchased. Thanks for your review.
App sucks
This app is terrible UX. Can’t you work with Pay by Phone? It’s wayyy better.
And why is your parking on the street in Richmond 24hour? That’s a rip off. it makes your company seem like it’s full of money hungry pigs and you actually seem like nice people when I called you one time.
