Out of frustration
Writing to offset the 1-star review from someone who’s clearly never played harvest moon comparing this to stardew valley. The absolute gall.
Overall a great game, but...
The game’s really good! Especially the game graphics and design. I can see that the developers put their heart into the game and was passionate about making it a free and enjoyable game.
But I think they need to work on some areas such as fixing the English translations a bit more because they don’t make sense at times due to wrong grammar and composition. They also need to add music, this might be subjective but I would love if they had music when you enter different areas of the game. One of the best ways to immerse players in the game is music. I know that they have music in the mines and the bar, but it would be great if they added it to all areas for consistency (like when the seasons change). There are also some design copies from Stardew Valley such as using the carp design from Stardew as the salmon in this game. I know this might seem trivial and a minor issue but I think the little things do matter and it would be great if there was some originality in the design, because it’s extremely noticeable that it was just copied. Although, the design of the game overall, is extremely well done. I love the pixel art of the NPCs and the trees and etc. I also love how there’s a lot to explore in the game and a lot to do too!
I gave this game 5 stars because I do think that the game has so much to offer despite it being in beta. It’s just overall, really well done! I don’t think it really deserves a 4 because the flaws are minimal. But I gave my opinions on the flaws for constructive criticism for the betterment of the game. Overall, this is a great game! Perfect for relaxing. Great job, developers!
I’m a fan of harvest moon and rpg games
I love the content and I enjoy it very much. It has harvest moon and rpg elements int he game.For a free game those ads are really life saver and it speeds up things, you basically control the ads they just don’t pop out like other freemium games. It’s still missing the marriage tho but it is looking great! Also For the devs I’m looking forward to play and hangout with my friends in the game !!!
