Good app for a great product
I've used Harvest for 6 or so years, and it's been an easy, streamlined, simple tool. The best part about it is that I don't have to think about it much - just turn on/off timers, and generate invoices/reports.
The app is equally simple/streamlined, but as of 2.3.1, I've had about 10-15 crashes in 3 days. That's where my 5th star has gone. However, I'm sure this will be quickly fixed (definitely annoying right now, however).

Amazing, Efficient, so Smart - I’d give it 10 stars.
I’ve been using Harvest since 2014 for a small at-home business. The trial/free version allows 2 clients and up to 4 projects, so something small like that, which was perfect when I only had one client. I use the app on my phone, the app on the laptop and the web-based browser for the more detailed stuff. Gives reports on your monthly billables, unbillables, un-invoiced, and can even do projections. This is SUPER easy to use and SUPER handy. Hourly tracking or fee-based, or a combination of both. Love this app. It keeps getting better.
