Hopefully they will have the issue of the app loosing all program options fixed soon.this has been happening daily and I need to delete and download the app again to fix it.

Dear user, I'm sorry that the databases are not visible since the update. We understand that your databases appear to be missing when attempting to perform an analysis in the HealAdvisor Analyse 2 app. Please uninstall the app, restart your phone, and reinstall the app. Please note that this is a temporary workaround. The developers are working on a permanent solution at the moment. Please check regularly to see if an update is available for download. Thank you for your understanding, your Healy team.
No client page……still not working
I have installed and uninstalled the new app repeatedly, but the client page is blank…..as in all white with nothing to push? Can’t see any clients or add any?
I wrote this back on Oct 6th and it is now Nov. 1 and there is still no new version or any response? What is going on with the app? I have re-installed on multiple devices, so I know it is not my phone ……please make a new version as I can’t use this app for clients and the old app also wont let me add pictures now so I can’t add anyone new!!

Dear user, please make sure that your clients are synced with the cloud in old HealAdvisor Analyse app. Also update the HealAdvisor Analyse 2 app to the latest version 2.1.4. You will then be able to migrate the clients into the app, your Healy team
Not working
The verification code error keeps coming up. Have installed and uninstalled on multiple occasions on multiple different days. Requested help from the chat but never heard back. Unable to get past this step for use.

We are sorry that the verification code is not reaching you.
We are aware that some user are currently experiencing issues with receiving the verification code and we are working very hard on a solution which will be included in one of the upcoming app updates.
Otherwise, it may be that the code has ended up in spam or a mailbox is full. However, we assume that this has already been checked by you.
We ask for your patience until the update comes and would then be very happy about an adjustment of the rating.
