Description

healthQb helps you develop resilience in your nervous system. A resilient nervous system is less prone to anxiety, fatigue and pain flare-ups. Love your nervous systemTM.

In 2019, the World Health Organization recognized chronic pain as a disease that has biological, psychological and sociological dimensions. HealthQB Technologies Inc. (healthQb) enables revolutionary insights into the unique biological, psychological and sociological nature of each person’s chronic or persistent pain. Although our product is primarily intended for people experiencing chronic or persistent pain, we believe people who experience persistent anxiety or fatigue or have substance use concerns will also benefit from it.
healthQb’s quantified wellbeingTM software (together with our partnered high-fidelity wearable sensor) provides a revolutionary approach to your health and wellbeing. Our product delivers a personalized, data-driven and holistic program that assesses why your anxiety, fatigue and pain persist, and then guides you to restoring wellbeing by building resilience in your nervous system.

The program starts with our 15-Day Baseline | Assessment, which discovers how your nervous system is functioning, how you experience the day-to-day, and your primary health behaviours. After the 15 days, we provide you and your participating practitioners with science-based and prioritized recommendations that will guide you to adjust the health routines that develop resilience in your nervous system. As you implement the new health routines, you’ll become aware of what balances or triggers your nervous system, and the impact on your emotions, mood and pain. From time to time, you can complete reassessments to reprioritize health routines.

The data we collect takes advantage of the most advanced wearable technology available when it comes to objectively measuring your health and wellbeing. We use high-fidelity sensor-based biometric data to support you and your participating practitioners in uncovering the deeper, underlying issues that are preventing you from experiencing optimal wellbeing.

The primary biometric focus is on the autonomic nervous system (ANS). The ANS is the physiological system that controls our wellbeing, and indicates if we are experiencing a healthy and happy life, or if we are at risk of serious disease. The biometric indicating the ANS is commonly referenced as an “all-cause mortality indicator.” By itself, the ANS biometric isn’t overly informative. We need context. Accordingly, the intention of our holistic assessment is to identify the wellbeing areas that we believe will most positively impact your ANS, and therefore your overall health and wellbeing. With the ANS biometric data, we can then objectively measure improvement and indicate to you and your participating practitioners the progress you’re making.
