Constantly loading
Worked fine for almost a month. Now... It never seems to load my playback. Cameras have been unplugged for the last 24 hours. Turn back on and all it does it show the loading wheel. This app needs a lot of work. I’m about to return these as they are not doing what I need them to do anymore for some reason. When they work they are just what I was looking for. Please fix the app!
Playback not working on LTE, WiFi OK
Cameras (all 10 of them, over 2 separate sites) stream Live fine. But Playback only works while connected on WiFi, not on LTE. Weird.
Freezing during the day (spinning wheel)
During the day (Eastern Time), loading video on the app from a notification or just live video feed is impossible. At night time, loading the video seems fine. Clearly, there is a problem as it is very inconsistent. When it does work, it is great but I receive a lot of notifications during the day and I can’t see any of them.
