This app was designed for clients of fitness and fitness professionals using Hexfit.
As a client of a professional using Hexfit, you will be able to access your file with this application . In a simple and intuitive way, Hexfit allows you to centralize all the information necessary to achieve your goals.
Here are the main possibilities of the application:
- Consult your training programs and complete your sessions directly from the application.
- The “Auto-Play” feature will guide you from one end of your training to the other in complete autonomy.
- Leave notes for your professional.
- Communicate with your worker by messaging.
- Complete questionnaires easily directly from the app.
- Share photos or other files with your speaker.
- Make an appointment with your professionals.
- Pay your professional from the app
- Sync your smart devices: Polar Watches, Garmin, Apple Health, Fitbit and apps like Strava, MyFitnessPal, Google Calendar.

Just had a quick chat with them to understand how the data is shared with coach. The person answered within seconds and it wasn’t an AI. = good service
But also, the app is good for my need. I’m glad my coach uses it. It will certainly help me reaching my goals!

New update is awful
I used to enjoy this app and i updated it this week. Big mistake. It is barely functionnal. Timers dont exist anymore. My progress has been erased, it doesnt let me see me plan like it used to and the app closes mid-training and i have to start from the beggining again. Simply awful

We apologize for your bad experience. Could you please update the application. The older version has some issues that we have fixed. To have timers, simply click on Autoplay feature. If you still face any issues, please contact us at support@myhexfit.com.

Connexion au serveur instable… résultat, parfois les entraînements ne sont pas sauvegardés…
Pas clair clair non plus le concept qui permet (ou non?!) de garder en mémoire les poids lors des séances d’exercices.
