If I could give zero stars I would
Absolute GARBAGE. You can’t even search for available WIFI on this app, you have to manually type everything in. It won’t sync properly and the two times that it did it was for a very short time. Won’t connect to Alexa. Complete POS. I actually can’t believe people pay ~$500 for a speaker that runs this program. Wow.

can’t connect to wifi and once it did it deleted my device off of the app and will not connect to the wifi again
It works just fine for me
I have seen a lot of negative reviews but for me it worked just fine on my first try! No hassle no hiccups just follow the steps.
