Purchase issue failure

It isn’t possible to purchase the most recent issue because it produces a “payment not completed” error regardless of whether you reboot your iPad or reinstall the app, restore purchases etc

Content is great but the app lacks

I subscribed to the manual for 2023
But every time I came back to the app it was gone again and again
Only take restore purchases to fix but why?
Can’t bookmark
Can’t even print a page for reference

Next time I will stick with paper

Free accessible and well organized reloading data on their website, hoped to have it on my phone, better just print it out
