Manage and let your holiday apartment, cottage, chalet, Chalet, small guesthouse or small hotel with the HoHoManager app. The HoHoManager provides support in rental contract and calendar management. Keep track of occupancy calendar and utilization. Link external booking systems via .ics calendar. Keep track of changes and cancellations.
The Holiday Home Manager offers the following services and functionalities (depends on subscription plan):
Calendar:

Guest administration
• Set up and administer guest data (guest administration)
• Export and Import guest data (guest administration)
• Creation of guest data and assignment of guests to owners & hosts
Season and rates management
• Installation & administration of seasons and prices (Seasons & Rates)
• Assignment of season times to objects (only one season time in the free version)
• Assignment of prices to seasonal periods and rooms
Various statistics. E.g.:
• List of past guests per room
• List of future guests per room
Administration of bookings:
• Enter booking data
• Calculate rates for accommodation, additional services and supplementary costs on the basis of the data entered
• Create the guest invoice on the basis of the data entered without guarantee for the arithmetical and fiscal correctness and recognition by the tax authorities. You must check the calculations you have made and correct them if necessary.
• Export the guest invoice as PDF. Insert it into a standard mail with the possibility to send this mail to the guest via the email program of the end device. The HoHoManager app does NOT automatically send out any messages.
• Optional insertion of the booking data and guest data into the address book of the terminal device
• Manage booking changes (cancellations, travel plan changes, changes of booked additional services)

Apple Subscription Terms:
– Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
– All Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least
24-hours before the end of the current period.
– Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the
current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.
– Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off
by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
– Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the
user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
