Dear Binge Watcher,
Feels great to be back with exciting updates and improved experience. Today, we interviewed one of the developers (name withheld for absolutely no reason) of our app and it was so boring that I don't want to put out the details. In fact, if you are reading this, you shouldn't worry about it too, there are other burning questions to worry about like 'Bhalo Illish Maach kobe uthbe?', 'Pujor shopping kobe theke shuru korbo?' and so on.
The developer also refused to comment on the exact nature of the updates which has made me realise that "Bug Fixes" is the developer equivalent of our "Ei Cholche!". But let's not bother too much about it because you are going to get very busy bingeing all the great shows and movies we have lined up for you.

Ratings and Reviews
App is not user friendly
Tried by directly logging into the TV, activating from device and whatever the ways it could be done, couldn’t watch it. In settings, disabled the parental control, still it’s not letting me watch contents in TV asking for pin code, however after inputting t correct pin, message appeared that pin is wrong! Couldn’t finally watch it in TV! If navigating and watching on preferred devices have so many issues like this, naturally it will affect the willingness to watch something on that app, although it’s a good app for Bengali movies and series.

Trouble Casting
There is a trouble from the past few months to cast to TV using Google chrome cast. It needs a fix that and also make the app more stable to video buffering.

Worst technical support
I already have an account in this crap of a platform. Took my money 2-3 times still can’t log in 2 devices. Like, if you have an app to steal people’s money how the fk you get these series on the platform. Fking thieves.
