Redesigned app but lacking basic features

When a job is posted and chats are initiated, the chats panel doesn’t highlight/bold or have any marker to indicate new/unread messages which is a hassle to keep checking each and every single chat for updates or have to open app based on email notifications

After posting a job, you will receive replies, and they will tell you they will come by on such and such a date, but then push the date for two weeks, eventually asking you to just ““send pictures” instead of coming to give you an actual in person quote. We should be able to rate respondents on this unprofessional interaction.

Unlike one your major competitors who formed out of USA and website based in London, England, very happy to deal thru a Canadian company. So far I do find this site much better to work with and more informative at the start of job posting. Have placed a few posting and still getting used to the process.
