Ratings and Reviews
Not intuitive
Using this app is not intuitive at all. Doesn’t show active sessions on the main screen. Need to go through the menu to find it. Every action requires too many touch points. PayByPhone is doing it right. Learn from their UX design.
Not a smart app
Most parking apps allow you to extend your parking to the daily rate. Eg: $5/hour or $10/day. After an hour you can extend to the day rate for $5. This is logical. Honk does not allow this.
Sold my phone number?
After not receiving any spam calls for months, I’ve received 4 spam calls (first from Cuba and now 3 calls from numbers almost identical to mine) over the past two days since downloading this app. They did something with my phone number. I haven’t called or given anyone else my number.
