In its early days Hootsuite was brilliant. Then, Twitter altered its API reducing features that Hootsuite can call in. There was then an ICE contract controversy that left a bad taste in many customers mouth. Now, the reduced the total number of social media accounts from 3 to 2 in the free account. Then they increased pricing for early adopters who were on plans of $5.99 to $14.99 a month to an obscene $75 a month which is overpriced for charities and SME’s, let alone individuals who run a self employed business.
Very limited on photo sizes.

It’s very limited in terms of the size of photos you can upload. Plus it automatically sizes your photo - and not in the way that you expect. Not very user friendly!
