Promising app and much needed alternative to Uber

I used the HOVR app for the first time tonight from YYZ to get home. The app quoted me $45, but the ride ended up costing me $36. Two suggestions: 1- Allow users to add tip after the ride, not before; and 2- Provide car model and colour, not only driver’s name and license plate number. I’m sold on their service, it’s a win win both for drivers and riders.

Adding Stop

Doesn't it have the ability to add stops to travel?

The app billed me but the ride didn’t take place

I used the app for the first time and tried to book a ride. After connecting my debit card they charged me 20$ and the ride was cancelled.
