Printer works well with our Macs..quick efficient and very good quality..and the monthly ink program has also been very good so far and very economical and efficient..We've had the printer for a couple of months and have dione regular printing.
Won't Connect
HP has really become garbage. This app won't even connect to my printer when connected with USB, so I can't even get the app to start in the first place. Can't get support either. Tried calling and they'll only help if you pay them. Garbage brand.
Printer is ALWAYS 'offline', despite printing from other computers.
I have done everything HP has told me to do MULTIPLE times and I am still not able to print using their clunky software. It worked great for about a week and now will not even recognize that the printer is on and connected to the network (on my computer - it works fine for others that are connected to the same network). I have wasted a ridiculous amount of time on something that was standard technology a decade ago. I will not purhcase an HP printer again.
