hpy is a science based app that helps you develop a happiness habit. A happiness habit? With life being so busy these days, we make checking in on yourself as easy as a few taps. Select how your day went, tap what emotions you felt, why you felt that way and jot down a few positive things from the day. No paper and pen required.

Throughout your day you can choose from our library of science based activities to increase your overall happiness levels or you can add your own.

Worried about it being just another app? With hpy you can "check-in" on your close friends and family with one tap and encourage them towards living a more intentional and happy life.

Notifications???

I set a time for notifications in the morning because I didn’t know how it worked but it seems better to ask how the day went at the end of the day. However there is absolutely no settings in the app so it’s impossible to change the notification time after you’ve set it. That’s really too bad as I liked the app but I can’t have my daily notifications hang all day, I’ll start forgetting about them.
