no proper support for transition from version 1 to ver. 2
I had to pay again to buy version 2, because my paid-for version 1 refused to work.
Support by email was not very good at all.
Also, they removed some neat and useful features, such as the sideview of the website pages, and the "publish" function, which forces you to purchase an FTP App, and convert every single webpage to HTML format, one by one...
It was a good product before, but now it seems to have been clipped down to the bare bones.
