Wi-Fi/radio is great - app not super high functioning

I wanted this to be the best monitor / option. After extensive research I landed on this monitor, besting out some higher models mostly because of the “parent unit” which is nice to not have to rely on a phone / iPad to view the child. Also the fact that there is both Wi-Fi option (in phone) and radio (via parent unit) was an enticing capability that led me to buy this. While that is still a great feature the actual app isn’t that great and could use tons of improvement. Notably, after laying for the premium membership you still don’t really have the ability to scroll backwards and view events in a easy to use fashion. Rather the app will record short 20 second bursts in which you have to manually click through. The Lag times and loading times are quite weak as well. I want to move this product but I just can’t.

Problems

Have had problems from day 1. Thought I had a defective product exchanged it and had same issue.
Emailed several times no help. They replied to basically just update firmware but it’s up to date. I followed instructions and does not help.
There is no contact # which would be easier.

Issues :
-Keeps saying camera is offline but it’s on
-Monitor keeps blinking a black screen every few seconds.
-Keeps detecting sounds and motion when there is none. (And Can’t view as it says camera off line)
Pay for premium and most features don’t work.
Absolutely frustrating. Not happy.

Hubble nursery pal link premium

Just purchased this to monitor our grandchildren for sleepovers. Very user friendly during the setup, connectivity with our phones is superb! Purchased at Canadian Tire and happened to be a great sale price!
