Description

Get copies of documents and key data stored into Xero and QuickBooks Online automatically.

Perfect when you’re on the go, at a job site or at the office, the Hubdoc mobile app makes it easy to capture and store your bills, receipts and invoices.

Once everything is in Hubdoc, the key data is extracted and seamlessly synced to QuickBooks Online, Xero, and BILL for one-click payment processing, reconciliation and audit-proofing.

Capture

Snap a photo of your bill or receipt, automatically sharing it with your accountant, bookkeeper or teammates.

Extract

Hubdoc will extract the supplier’s name, amount, invoice number and due date, so you can say goodbye to data entry.

The document will be filed automatically in a digital filing cabinet, which means you can toss the paper copy.

No longer works

For the last week, it crashes at the login screen and send me in a do loop with login and authentication.

App used to work, but with some odd bugs. After applying tags, I’d have to close the app because the close/back button was outside the screen area. Not entirely responsive.

Often I would take several receipt pictures, then one would fail to upload. App would crash and then make me log back in and ask for an Authenticator. Any receipts uploaded in the few minutes before would be fine and I’d have to start again not knowing where I had left off.

Low Quality

The app often erases my userid and password, so I have to go find those before I can log in. Also, when you press Move to put a receipt in a different category, there is no feedback. The button does not change color and you don't go back to the original screen.

Update Re new version 6.3.0: At least the camera will focus again now. But still cant pit receipt into folder in app; can only tag it.

Terrible

Never updated. Not maintained. Doesn’t work on new iPhones. Hate that my book keeper uses it.
