Amazing customer support

First off awesome game very fun addictive and lots of different characters to play, the customer support is also awesome they helped me recover what I’ve lost when I’ve lost all hope, it was through Facebook they really are awesome now I’m back to playing and I have never been happier!!! 10/10

Too much monetization now

Game used to be great, used to be a grind. Now they have 3 passes you have to buy per season. Game cost more than a blizzard sub. Plus they have a different “sale” every day now

Very sad to see this is the direction they wanna take the game. I played this game like crazy and was very hooked sadly like most games monetization takes over and ruins it.
