Great, easy to follow programming.

I’m 100 days in a I love this programming. It has simple videos to follow and there’s an instructional video each that explains the purpose of each exercise.

I love that it works off percentages. I’m getting injured way less because of that difference and starting to see gains that I haven’t achieved since early on doing CrossFit.

I used to give a lot of thought into my programming, now I just follow this and move on with my day.

There are zoom calls where Mat answers questions each month. Those are golden. I’ve learned so much for listening to those.

Excellent instructions and materials. Lots to keep one motivated! Programs are specific and keep one on track. No age limit, meaning all can benefit from lifting!

Awesome training, poor PR interface

Awesome app to follow the HWPO program. Very well built and everything is clearly explained. This being said, there are two features which make the whole experience a lot less enjoyable. The interface to enter your PR is pretty bad. You have to go back and forth between two screens and your PRs don’t update automatically when you log in new weights during your workouts. The rest timer could also be improved by allowing it to keep going even when we close the app and by being able to make it ring. I would also add a regular crossfit timer to it..!

Update: although I log my weights for the different exercises, when I look at the movement overviews that show my all of my weights for my previous trainings they don’t show the weights I have logged in.
