We work hard to ensure that Hydro One customers have access to the information they need when they need it. The NEW Hydro One mobile application makes it easy for customers to manage their Hydro One service and get the latest information about power outages in your area.

NEW – Customers can now access myAccount self-service within the app! Enabling Hydro One customers to:
• View their bill and account balance
• Sign up for paperless billing
• Sign up for SMS notifications
• View ‘time of use’ usage details and more!

Power Outage Map

Our power outage map lets you know if there is a power outage at home or the cottage. It is updated every 10 minutes with detailed outage information, including:

• Number of customers affected
• Estimated restoration time
• Cause of the outage (if known)
• Repair crew status

The Outage Maps use colour-coded symbols to display the number of customers without service and their locations. Hydro One recognizes that this is crucial information for our customers. Now you can access it on the go.

Pointless app

If you can use a browser then there’s no need for this app. Outage alerts/notifications in your area would be a helpful feature.

Needs major overhaul

Old UI. Has that iPhone3G look to it. Also where is the billing support integration (ie account login)? The website on mobile is SLOW and buggy, an integrated App would be nice and industry standard

What are we paying for a useless app?

Compare this to the Quebec Hydro app. I want to see my usage details.
