Works so well for me!

I’ve been using the app for quite a while and it works really well to help me relax and improve my sleep. It’s been great to help me reset my energy too.

The yearly subscription is really worth it for me. I would love it even more if I could share the subscription with my partner via Family Sharing.

Love this

It would be nice to have a few in each category wealth, health, etc where we don’t have to pay attention- as the subconscious picks up much more then what we are paying attention to a lot of times. There just isn’t enough time in the day to just sit and do multiple 30-60 minute sessions - where as when you can just do your work while listening would be great!

It is actually easy to do: just create your own sessions without induction, which allows you to listen while you work or do other things. Push the plus/create tab in the tab bar to do this. Awesomeness

Brilliant! The only thing it needs is a text to speech editor for scripts so that you could really tailor the programs and the ability to create my own boxes for organization but overall exceptional. The variety of inductions and the library of suggestions are fantastic.
