Since the update
I am unable to use the app
I don’t remember my password
And when I ask them to send
“Forgot password”
No email comes
A little upset. I liked the app. But not this update is bumped me out

I'm sorry for the issues you have had when accessing your account. Could you please contact us at support@unk.com and we can help you get access to your purchases? We are aware of issues with the password reset form in the app - using the form on the website should also help you get access to your account:

We are working on an updated version of the app to iron out this and a few other issues that have been reported, I'm sorry for the inconvenience with this and please get in touch by email if you need further help.
