Options trading
I am enjoying learning to trade in options on the platform. I find the fees considerably lower than the regular Canadian banks and even more importantly you are able to complete trades more quickly or find availability than I was accustomed to. While I am only using a paper trading account, I have been able to earn more than $500K profit trading mostly put options.
Only Cares About Wallstreet
IBKR chose to restrict buying for stocks when their friends and Wallstreet were losing money. They don’t do the same when the little guy is losing money so why do the opposite. I recommend taking your business elsewhere.
Worst app in the world
This application can’t connect to the server for 40 minutes to 2 hours when the market is hot or there is a sell off, this happens 4 times in last 12 months, it will fail when you need it most. It’s potential caused me losing $32,000. I hate this App and moved away from IB
