Simple, easy to use and effective. Has been helpful in managing my depression. There is no need to stay in a dark place, this app makes it possible to keep negative emotions in check. Highly recommend.

Works well but needs better design
This is the best CBT app for iPhone (I've tried them all) but it could use the help of a graphic designer.
iCBT needs to look at its target audience. People who require CBT often have ADD and other mood disorders like OCD. The UI is cluttered and prone to distract. Simplify the app and clean up the look and you'll have something here worth pitching to all those CBT users out there.
