No idea what’s happened with my order
I haven’t used the app yet but I am just curious if anyone else had the same issues that I had when ordering from Ardene’s; I ordered quite a bit of stuff a couple weeks ago and all i have received is an email of confirmation, no tracking number or even an estimated time... and on top of that my money was sent back to me?which is good but I still don’t know what’s going on, if they canceled my order or if there just going to take payment when items are shipped, I’ve also tried reaching out to their customer service people and haven’t heard anything, so has anyone else had any issues like this. I just want to know what’s happening with my cute outfits 😭
