Connection Issue

Since last update, I cannot connect to NAS using the app

Developer Response ,

Hi, could you please provide us details about the issue on
https://service.qnap.com or using the feedback function on Qfile to help us clarify the issue?

Flipper 153 ,

Why?

Why is my app storing documents on my iPad hard drive? Today the app had 32 gig of documents on my iPad hard drive. Why? I use my iPad only to download to my NAS what is this 32 gig of data? The only way to manage this 32 gig is to delete the app and reinstall … kind of ridiculous

This app no longer supports MKV

The previous version was supportive and had the ability to choose between three viewer options. But Qfile pro does nothing and times out and only really plays MP4 files. VLC option constantly fails no longer works anymore (this could be a VLC issue or QFILE pro problem). The Qfile (native iOS decoder) only comes up based on certain file types. This app used to work about 2-3 versions ago but now it’s pretty much useless.

Developer Response ,

QNAP will keep working on product optimization, for the VLC player issue, please connect to QNAP support. QNAP will feedback you ASAP.
