Great experience

First time in turkey— second trip in 5 days with BTaksi- from airport and to airport

Very good service — hard to find an English speaking driver — however, their customer support will help you .—- driver could not understand me , he called BTaksi support team , their English speaking team member was doing all translation .—

In Istanbul All App running companies such as Uber and BTaksi must work with local taxi companies —- taxi drivers must follow their policies.

I found BTaki charges was as per the meter…

Uber rates was higher in comprising.

I have downloaded both apps in Vancouver/ Canada. And tried both for rates at Istanbul airport.

Over all I like to thank BTaxi for their great service and customer support.

Very practical

I suggest to enter exact address and not to always trust the GPS. Otherwise, excellent app!!

The app helps the scammers

Use caution when using this app as it helps the taxi drivers to scam you. The drivers start the meter when they accept the trip adding 70 - 100 tl or more to the price. One driver arrived, spoke to us and didn’t like the destination so he drove off and marked that we weren’t there! Bitaksi charged us a 20 tl fee because the driver said we weren’t there. Two other drivers wanted cash and told us that our credit card wasn’t charged. They got paid twice. I have complained but Bitaksi has done nothing to fix any of the issues.
