Stay Away From This Airline
Super unhelpful support staff. Booked my flight last year and had to cancel because of the COVID situation - didn’t give me a refund instead kept the money so that I can only spend the money on their service. This year I booked a new flight and they didn’t issue a ticket. Said the booking you made is not confirmed because one flight in the itinerary is unconfirmed. Now I’m looking at loosing 3.5 thousand dollars because the wallet expires next year and I won’t be travelling. If you want to pay for your travel and not get to travel, book with Etihad. They are experts at stealing your money.
No lounge at Karachi Airport👎
I was very upset and disappointed when told that there was no lounge for Etihad at the Karachi airport
I came to the airport 2 hours ahead so I could relax and enjoy a snack in the lounge but instead I had to wait outside in the noisy area full of people and no place to sit
Very disappointed indeed
Wish I knew before hand that there was no lounge .. perhaps I would have made alternate arrangements
